| FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS |
| What do I bring to a camp or clinic? Always bring the following: lacrosse stick, lacrosse goggles, mouthguard, athletic shoes (sneakers and/or cleats), and a water bottle. Goalies must bring all their necessary equipment as well. STEP UP does not provide any equipment; however if you need to purchase any equipment, visit our Advertisers & Sponsors page where you can find sticks and apparel. |
| How do I register for a STEP UP camp or clinic? If you see an event you want to sign up for on our (upcoming events listed on our EVENTS, HOME, and LESSONS pages), click "REGISTER NOW" and you'll be taken to SportsSignup. You'll create a login username where you'll proceed to enter your information and choose a payment option. If we are affiliated with other organizations, you may be directed to their registration. |
| What payment options do you offer? Our registration will take you through your payment options which include: credit card and check by mail. If you opt to pay with a check, we will send you email confirmation when your payment is received. PayPal will no longer be accepted except for international events. |
| What age groups do you accommodate? 1. ELITE - high school players with experience who possess the fundamental skills - competitive, instructional, yet fun. 2. OPEN - middle school and grade school players who are new to the game or just starting to learn the fundamentals. This age groups is designed to create a comfortable environment for learning the basics, while still allowing each player to excel in their full abilities. 3. LITTLE STEPS - this camp series is specifically geared towards younger players (5-13) ready to learn new skills and strategies about lacrosse. We make lacrosse fun so that beginners will be excited about playing and youth players will want to come back for more! **There is always the possibility to switch groups if a player doesn't feel challenged enough. |
